The purpose of this project was to create a multipurpose facility, intended to serve the needs of the rapidly growing Muwailah neighbourhood. Being situated as an in-fill building within a dense urban grid, the project responds to its context by containing functions that the site currently lacks. These functions include an auditorium, study spaces, meeting rooms, offices, and a library, all of which are aimed at enhancing the public realm.
